The most spacious part of the baglio, featuring a large vaulted ceiling made of reeds and gypsum (the so-called stallone), houses a permanent museum dedicated to traditional rural food and wine craftsmanship. It displays numerous original artifacts from across the Iblean territory (maidde, coffe, crivi, mortars, vats, wineskins, ploughs, cart frames).
