Torre Mastro Mole
Traditions Museum
The most spacious part of the *baglio*, featuring a large vaulted ceiling made of reeds and gypsum (the so-called *stallone*), houses a permanent museum dedicated to traditional rural food and wine craftsmanship. It displays numerous original artifacts from across the Iblean territory (maidde, coffe, crivi, mortars, vats, wineskins, ploughs, cart frames).

Workshops
In the spaces facing the *baglio*, paved with traditional stone slabs, workshops and courses in wild edible plant foraging (*phytoalimurgy*) are held. In alternation, following guided “foraging routes” to collect spontaneous edible herbs along the beautiful dry-stone walls, cooking classes are organized.Torre Mastro Mole
Picnic at the Estate
In the outdoor enclosures, bordered by the white dry-stone walls — a UNESCO World Heritage site — beneath the majestic carob trees, picnic areas are available and accessible to guests with disabilities. Inside the *baglio*, on the ancient white stone paving polished by centuries of history, a BBQ area will be set up in complete safety.
